No packages, no quote on request. Just hourly rates you know up front.
Most agencies start with “contact us for a quote”. We simply put our rates on the site. You pay for the hours we make, at two rates, plus a budget for the technology you use. All amounts exclude VAT.
Integrations, workflows, setting up, testing, maintenance and consultation. Most work falls under this.
Custom-built software, AI agents, architecture and everything that takes real engineering.
Four hours on your shop floor: watching, talking to people, looking at systems. Includes a core report with an honest go or no-go.
On top of that: travel and accommodation costs are charged separately (€0.45 per kilometre there and back from our place of business, accommodation at cost, travel time not). External costs such as licences only go ahead after your approval. Payment term 14 days. It is all in our terms and conditions.
What is it going to cost, roughly?
Work out your own estimate
With our real rates. This is an estimate to give you a feel, not a quote: we only know exactly what you need after the core session.
All amounts exclude VAT. Travel and accommodation costs are charged separately (€0.45 per kilometre there and back). The fixed hours are a reservation per month; what you do not use, you do not use. Extra work only goes ahead after your written approval.
What you pay, and when
Five minutes online. You get a score, concrete opportunities and a first price indication. No obligation, no sales pitch afterwards.
About 30 minutes with someone who builds. We tell you honestly whether we can do something for you.
Watching on the shop floor and talking to your people. Then a core report with priorities and a go or no-go.
You reserve a fixed number of hours per month at the rates above, plus an AI budget for licences and usage.
What you can hold us to
If automating brings you too little, we say so. Even after a paid core session. An honest no is cheaper than half a year of building something nobody uses.
Rates are on the site. We only carry out extra work after your written approval. Every invoice has a breakdown per day: who, how many hours, on what.
No account manager who promises and a junior who does the work. Whoever sits at your table builds along too.
What we build is yours, including the source code under the ownership model. You can always export your data. If we stop working together, you take everything with you.
Recording the risk class, building in human oversight, processor agreements on paper. No separate compliance invoice afterwards.
We agree up front what we measure. If the first step delivers nothing, we stop. We say that too when the answer is disappointing.
What people ask us
Why no fixed package price?
Because we do not know what you need before we have seen it. A fixed package price is either too high (you pay for what you do not use) or too low (and then extra work follows). Hourly rates with a fixed number of hours per month is fairer: you know what you pay and what you get.
What if it turns out to be less work than expected?
Then we use fewer hours. The fixed hours are a reservation, not a minimum purchase we fill up at all costs. If it structurally works out differently, we adjust the agreement.
Can it get more expensive than agreed?
Only with your written approval. Work outside the agreed hours is called extra work, and we only carry that out after you have given your approval. Without approval we do not do it.
Is there a notice period?
An assignment has a term we agree together. If you stop halfway, you pay 60% of the remaining contract value; your prepaid month is settled against that, so you do not lose it. If we cannot deliver, that rule lapses and you pay nothing for what has not been delivered. It is in article 9 of our terms and conditions and up front in your proposal.
Are there any grants?
Sometimes. WBSO applies to development work, MIT to innovation and SLIM to training and guidance; which one applies depends on your project. Our grant partner checks whether your project qualifies. We promise nothing up front and you should not count on it: make the sums work without a grant and treat it as a bonus. Our insights section sets out which schemes exist and what they are and are not meant for.
Why is the core session not free?
Because it is real work: half a day on your shop floor, conversations with your people, and then a report with honest advice. That advice can be “do not do it”. Free advice that always says “yes” is more expensive.
