We come in. Really in.
No desk research from a distance. After your free intro call we plan this session — a half-day of 4 hours (€596) or a full day (8 hours, €1,192) — at a fixed rate of €149 per hour, and we come to you. We walk along on the shop floor, dive into your systems and talk to your people: where do they get stuck, what would make their day lighter? We look with fresh eyes at what is possible — the biggest gain is often not where everyone is looking. That way we open up the core together: where does it start, and where is there real ground to gain with AI automation.
Is there something to gain? Then we make it concrete.
Do we see that processes can be smarter, that systems can work together better or that your own tool pays off? Then we put a concrete proposal on paper. We work on a project basis with fixed hours, so the budget stays the budget, and with clear rates. We agree an AI budget — a build deposit for licences and other costs — and we discuss external costs up front; nothing unforeseen goes ahead without your written approval. Our grant partner looks at schemes and funding as standard: in many projects there is something to be gained there.
Build, test, refine — until it is right.
Once you approve, we start building. We do that in short cycles: build, test in your own practice, refine. That way you see results along the way and there are no surprises at the end. We combine craftsmanship with creative solutions — often simpler and smarter than the obvious route — and we only hand over once it simply works in your daily practice. No “good enough”.
Live. And it keeps running.
We roll the system out across your organisation, bring your team along and explain everything, so the solution does not end up in a drawer but does its job every day. Legally arranged, insured and documented. And because a business never stands still, you can keep developing with a service subscription — updates, security and changes as your process changes.

This is how we handle money. Strict — so you never have to guess.
Clarity about money is not a side issue — it is the basis of working together well. That is why our financial protocols are fixed and apply to every project. No exceptions, no “we’ll see”. So you know exactly where you stand, and we keep the quality high.
One month up front
Every project starts with one month paid in advance. No payment, no start — that way we both commit to the job.
Invoicing every two weeks
After that we invoice strictly every two weeks, with the payment term from the agreement. Invoices follow the progress.
A fixed number of hours per month
Per project we agree a fixed number of hours per month; unused hours do not carry over. Need more? Only after explicit written agreement in advance.
AI budget / build deposit
Licences and tools run through an AI budget agreed in advance. A build deposit we manage transparently and account for properly.
Third-party costs
We discuss external costs in advance. Unforeseen costs are never incurred without your written approval.
Want to stop? You can — with fixed rules
We settle the prepaid month against your final month. If you stop early, you pay 60% of the remaining contract value, and we settle that prepaid month against that too — the term is in the proposal, so you know in advance what that involves. If we cannot deliver, that 60% rule lapses and you pay nothing for what was not delivered. Ownership or licence? That is in the proposal too.

€110 or €165 per hour — no surprises afterwards.
€110 = connecting, configuring and automating with existing tools. €165 = custom code, AI models and architecture — the hours of the people who actually build it, no junior on your invoice. Which hour carries which rate is set out in the proposal.
The core session is the first thing you buy: a half-day (4 hours, €596) or a full day (8 hours, €1,192) at your premises at one fixed rate of €149 per hour, whoever comes, plus travel costs (€0.45 per kilometre) — you know the amount before we arrive. You get a core report, a priority list and a go/no-go — even when the answer is “don’t do it”. Then we say so. Book a core session →
- …it doesn’t work?
- Then we don’t deliver. Within the agreed scope we keep refining until it runs in your practice — within the fixed hours. If something falls outside the scope, we agree that separately. If we really cannot deliver, you pay nothing for what was not delivered.
- …the budget runs out?
- Then the work stops. No quietly carrying on, no bill afterwards — more hours only with your written approval.
- …the AI makes a mistake?
- Where it matters we build in human checks, and we repair mistakes in our own work. We are insured for damage caused by an error on our side; for decisions you take without the agreed supervision of AI output, you are responsible yourself — that is also how it is set out in our terms.
- …you want to stop?
- You can, with rules that are fixed in advance — see “Want to stop? You can” above and the FAQ. Ownership or licence: that is in the proposal too.
