AI assistants and AI agents that actually get the work done.
An assistant that only talks is a gadget. An assistant that reads your email, fills your calendar, prepares a quote or genuinely helps a customer is a colleague. We build the second kind: connected to your systems, with clear boundaries, and with a human keeping the final say where that's needed.
When this is for you
- Your customer service answers the same questions every day.
- Your team hunts for information across email, folders and people's heads.
- Work is left undone because nobody has time for the retyping and forwarding.
- You want to use AI, but not have a bot promise things you can't deliver.
What it comes down to in practice
- Answering first-line customer questions based on your own knowledge base
- Sorting, enriching and preparing incoming requests for your team
- Internal knowledge assistant for procedures, prices and products
- Scheduling and confirming appointments without back-and-forth emails
What we do
Unlocking knowledge (RAG)
Making your own documentation, procedures and products searchable and usable, so that answers are correct and sources can be traced.
Assistants for customers and staff
Chat and voice assistants on your site, in your email or in the tools you already use — with escalation to a human when needed.
Agents that handle tasks
From triaging incoming requests to preparing quotes and updating your CRM. With a log, oversight and boundaries you define.
Why we do it this way
Why do we build assistants on your own sources and with hard boundaries? Because an assistant that invents an answer for a customer even once costs more trust than it earns in a year. Every assistant we build shows its sources, escalates to a human where needed and logs what it does. That way it stays a colleague, not a risk.
What we often see go wrong
- Putting an assistant straight on a language model without your own sources: it sounds convincing, even when it makes things up.
- Not building in escalation to a human: then the assistant lets the customer down precisely on the tricky question.
- Not saying that it's AI: the EU AI Act requires transparency, and customers appreciate it.
- 1. Free AI scan — five minutes, a first picture of your opportunities.
- 2. Free intro call — ± 30 minutes, with someone who builds it themselves.
- 3. Core session — a half-day of 4 hours (€596) on your shop floor, with a core report and a go/no-go.
- 4. Proposal — fixed hours per month, one month in advance, building in short cycles.
- 5. Live and running — implementation on the floor, a service plan if you want one.
€110 per hour for straightforward work, €165 per hour for complex development — which hour carries which rate is fixed in advance. Always on a project basis, with a fixed number of hours per month and an AI budget for licences agreed up front.
The core session costs €149 per hour; a half-day of 4 hours is therefore €596, plus travel costs (€0.45 per kilometre). More hours only with your written approval. If we cannot deliver, you pay nothing for what was not delivered. All amounts exclude VAT.
Frequently asked questions: AI assistants & agents
Doesn't an AI assistant make up answers?
That risk exists with assistants that run straight on a language model. We build them on your own sources (RAG), have them show sources and set boundaries: if the assistant doesn't know, it says so and brings in a human.
Is such an assistant allowed under the EU AI Act?
Almost always. Most assistants that talk to people fall into the lowest risk classes; the main obligation is transparency: it has to be clear that someone is talking to AI. For each project we record which class you are in and what that requires of you.
Which systems can an assistant control?
Anything with an API or a common integration: your email, calendar, CRM, accounting package, scheduling or online shop. Anything without an integration we look at in the core session — sometimes a small integration is the smartest first step.
