Why we do it this way
Why do we train on the shop floor and not in a webinar? Because people only use AI once it connects to their own work on Monday morning. We practise with your processes, your systems and your questions, and stay available afterwards. That's the difference between a tool that has been rolled out and a tool that is used.
What we often see go wrong
- One webinar for the whole company and done: without practising on your own work, nothing changes in practice.
- No ground rules for data: staff then use public chatbots with customer data, simply because it's convenient.
- Separating training from the system you are introducing: people then learn something they won't use the next day.
- 1. Free AI scan — five minutes, a first picture of your opportunities.
- 2. Free intro call — ± 30 minutes, with someone who builds it themselves.
- 3. Core session — a half-day of 4 hours (€596) on your shop floor, with a core report and a go/no-go.
- 4. Proposal — fixed hours per month, one month in advance, building in short cycles.
- 5. Live and running — implementation on the floor, a service plan if you want one.
€110 per hour for straightforward work, €165 per hour for complex development — which hour carries which rate is fixed in advance. Always on a project basis, with a fixed number of hours per month and an AI budget for licences agreed up front.
The core session costs €149 per hour; a half-day of 4 hours is therefore €596, plus travel costs (€0.45 per kilometre). More hours only with your written approval. If we cannot deliver, you pay nothing for what was not delivered. All amounts exclude VAT.
Frequently asked questions: AI guidance & training
Is this only for teams that build with you?
No. Even without a build project we can train your team in working safely and responsibly with AI. In a build project, guidance is a standard part of the implementation.
How long does the training take?
That depends on the group and the goal: from a half-day for the basics to a series of working sessions per department. We agree it in the intro call and put it in the proposal with fixed hours.
What does my team need to know about AI as a minimum?
What it can and cannot do, how you check an answer, which data you never put into a public chatbot, and when you bring in a human. That foundation — AI literacy — is a standard part of every training course.
