Honestly: what AI does not do here
- The parts prediction is only as good as your records. If nobody ever noted what was replaced, there is little to predict. That is why this starts with closing job sheets properly; the prediction comes after that.
- A first-time fix rate of 100% does not exist. Some faults genuinely need a second visit or a special part. The goal is to eliminate the avoidable second trips, not to deny the unavoidable ones.
- An app in the van only works if it works with dirty hands, in a crawl space, without signal. That is why we build it with the engineers and make it work offline; otherwise the piece of paper simply ends up behind the seat again.
- Smarter scheduling does not mean squeezing more jobs into a day. It means fewer wasted kilometres and fewer second trips, so you help more customers properly with the same people.
The objections we hear — and whether we can close them off
We looked them up and heard them from clients. For each objection we say whether it is really solvable, partly solvable, or a risk that stays and that you accept knowingly.
